Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs as best as we can. To that end, we offer the following cancellation and modification policy:

Upon signing the Contract, you will receive an invoice and itinerary confirming your reservation within 72 hours via email. We ask that you carefully review these documents for accuracy and notify us of any errors made by Launch Pad Travel, LLC in transcribing information provided by you in this contract within 24 hours of receipt. If no such errors are reported, the information is deemed complete and accurate.

If you need to make modifications or partial cancellations to your reservation, we will do our best to fulfill your requests. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make these changes, or that we can make them at the original contract rate. If any modifications or partial cancellations are made 25 days or closer to check-in, you will incur a charge equal to the contract price of one night’s accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees, and/or costs incurred by Launch Pad Travel, LLC as a result of the modification. If you need to cancel your entire reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your total contract price.

Please note that these fees are not a penalty, but a liquidated damage to Launch Pad Travel, LLC for services performed on your behalf by negotiating, arranging, and confirming your pre-paid reservations. However, we reserve the right to waive this cancellation fee at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we will provide a travel booking credit equivalent to the cancellation fee amount, valid for 180 days from issuance date.

All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to changes@launchpad.travel. Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations 6 calendar days prior to the check-in date. Additionally, we cannot provide any credit or refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
